Topolabamba Byres Road is on the look out for some talented, hard working part time servers to join our fun and vibrant team.

You must have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and be able to work evenings and weekends on a weekly rota.

12.21 - 14 per hour, which includes tronc tips.

We are looking to fill these positions as soon as possible.

Applicants should be available to work the majority of the time during the summer months, particularly from May to September.

Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Upsell menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Process guest payments using cash, credit cards, or digital payment methods

Requirements:

- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or customer service is preferred, but not required
