Boston tea party began its soulful journey in the 90s as four quirky, independent cafes, then along came Sam Roberts, the CEO with a love for hospitality and a mission to prove that doing good is good for business. Sam has always challenged the norm and no more so than when challenging the industry on single use coffee cups and helping young adults in our communities to grow and flourish in hospitality via our Foundation, that\xe2\x80\x99s why everyone at Boston has the shared purpose of Making things better for our team, customers and the planet.

Boston is now 25 soulful cafes serving the best in breakfast, brunch, and lunch and our coffee is another level. We want our cafes to be the best place to work in hospitality, which means we need a fantastic team who share our values to get there!

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing\xe2\x80\xa6

As a shift leader of our beautiful cafes, you are the expert of running a great shift for your team and your customers. Balance between the right team doing the right things and recognising where you need to be at the perfect moments. You are a champion of your community, recognise your customers and working in partnership with them, allowing our spaces to be used as hubs. Our cafes are firm favourites in the communities they sit in, from baby yoga to open mic nights to turning our caf\xc3\xa9 in to the Hip Hop caf\xc3\xa9. We are all about being the inclusive space for everyone who has a love of coffee and fresh ethical food.

Your team, well that\xe2\x80\x99s where it is at. You will be a hospitality champion, building confidence through fantastic training and coaching. You will also be determined in your own development, focused on the next step in your career.

You support your caf\xc3\xa9 team but also your fellow leadership team through great communication and feedback through asking great questions, and always have the team, customers and planet at the centre of every decision.
