We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for hospitality, contributing to an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing excellent guest services throughout their visit.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise the dining experience.
Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a smooth workflow.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including tables, menus, and service stations.
Perform basic maths calculations for billing and payments accurately.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
A passion for culinary arts and providing outstanding guest services.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when required.
