Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and confidence Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Clear tables, bus tables, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Support quick service operations by efficiently managing order flow and minimizing wait times Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environments preferred but not required--enthusiasm is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and retail math tasks Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards Experience with food preparation, bussing, or kitchen support is advantageous Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
