Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and needs, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for cash handling. Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-stocked. Communicate effectively with team members and customers, utilising phone etiquette when answering calls. Upsell products or services where appropriate, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain high standards of service delivery. Assist in training new staff members as required, sharing knowledge of best practices.

Skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer interaction. A friendly disposition with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
