We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the hospitality sector. Duties
Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
Supervise and manage the front of house team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
Assist in the training and development of staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication regarding food preparation and service.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction is achieved.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all front of house areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
Implement company policies and procedures effectively within the front of house operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of food preparation processes and kitchen operations.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A background in culinary arts or related fields is advantageous but not essential.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
