Front of House Supervisor

who can keep service smooth, customers happy, and the team on point.

What you'll do:



Lead the FOH team through busy shifts with confidence (and a smile, even when it's chaos). Keep service standards high - every flat white and every slice counts. Handle the day-to-day - from opening and closing to cashing up and keeping everything running like clockwork. Support the FOH manager with training and motivating the team. Jump in wherever needed - this is a hands-on role.

What we're looking for:



Hospitality experience (ideally at supervisor level). Someone who thrives in a busy environment and stays cool under pressure. Great people skills - you'll be the face of the place. A love of good coffee, good food, and creating a top-notch customer experience.
