Job Overview


We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and uphold high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations from opening to closing Train and develop team members on food handling, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and customer service protocols Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform cash handling duties Enforce food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations Assist in food preparation and quality control to maintain high culinary standards Lead staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a skilled team Support kitchen management by coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen staff for seamless service Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience



Proven supervising or management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Extensive hospitality management background with a focus on food service operations Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Strong background in food safety practices, inventory control, and food handling procedures Experience in fine dining or casual dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff effectively Knowledge of kitchen operations, food production, and culinary processes is highly desirable Previous hotel or bar experience, including barista or coffee service roles, is advantageous Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.96-13.50 per hour
