What You'll Be Doing:

? Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service. ? Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. ? Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation. ? Managing guest relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. ? Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards. ? Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals. ? Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive.

What We're Looking For:

? Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment. ? A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team. ? A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. ? Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure. ? Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
