Job Description

We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our fantastic team at The Lamb Inn in the beautiful Village of Nomansland.

We are an established family run pub group predominantly based in The New Forest with 7 pubs across the area. You will be able to take plenty of pride in the role knowing that Country Inns has a reputation for some of the best food, drinks and service in The New Forest and surrounding area, this reputation has been built over 15+ years.

The successful candidate will work a 4/5 day week to include evenings and weekends. Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory role is preferred, however full training will be given from the management team.

Role Requirements

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service experience to a high standard in a busy environment. You will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to manage and organise yourself and your team effectively and efficiently. You will be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining good attention to detail. Own transport (no live in available).
