We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant operations, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills. This role involves overseeing daily front-of-house activities, ensuring a high standard of service, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests.
Responsibilities
Ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
Train new team members in restaurant procedures and customer service excellence.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Support management in scheduling shifts and managing team performance.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Hourly wage is separate from any Gratuity you will receive monthly based on role and business performance.
