We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that the front of house operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and service.
Duties
Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Supervise and train staff in food preparation, serving techniques, and customer service best practices.
Manage team schedules and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the establishment.
Assist with food production and preparation as needed, ensuring quality control in all dishes served.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, striving for complete customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front of house and back of house operations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
Experience
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment is not essential.
Culinary experience or food preparation skills are highly desirable.
