Team Leader - Mary And Me Coffee & Food Bar

Location: 1 minute from Blackfriars Station, walking distance from Waterloo, London Bridge & Southwark Tube Station

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm (no evenings or weekends)

Mary And Me is an independent coffee, breakfast, salad and sandwich bar with a strong reputation and a loyal customer base. We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our well-established and friendly team.

What we're looking for:

We want a bubbly, polite, and hard-working individual who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment. You should have at least 2 years' experience in hospitality and a proven ability to work at pace while maintaining high standards.

Your role will include:

Taking customer orders and providing excellent service Basic food preparation and table service Maintaining shop cleanliness and organisation Stock rotation and ordering support Following food hygiene and safety procedures Upholding company standards, policies and ways of working Supporting and motivating the team to ensure smooth daily service Helping train and develop other team members
