Summary

We are seeking a Front of House Team Leader to join our vibrant team at our flag ship The Dolphin, in Betchworth. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while leading the front of house operations at our venues. Your leadership will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service and quality beer.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service during busy periods. Train and mentor staff on best practices in hospitality and food safety. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Manage inventory levels for bar supplies and ensure compliance with health regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Assist in organizing events or promotions to drive business growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub or restaurant setting. Strong bartending skills with knowledge of craft beers would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided. Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is required.

Pay: 12.75-14.00 per hour
