Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Leader to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a positive and efficient working environment. As a Front of House Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the front-of-house operations, leading your team, and ensuring that all hospitality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service. Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to food safety regulations. Assist with bartending duties, including preparing beverages and managing the bar area. Train and mentor new staff members in hospitality best practices and food preparation techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively, providing solutions to enhance their experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and service. Conduct regular team meetings to motivate staff and discuss operational improvements.

Requirements

Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising a team within a hospitality setting. Background in bartending or food service is highly desirable. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in food preparation or production is advantageous.
