Responsibilities
Take customer orders accurately via phone or in person, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
Communicate effectively with customers to clarify their needs and preferences.
Employ upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
Enter order details into the system with precision, maintaining high standards of data entry.
Resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
Qualifications
Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
