Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, from assisting customers to supporting kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Take orders accurately and efficiently, employing basic maths skills for transactions. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, adhering to hospitality standards. Support team members as needed, fostering a cooperative work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not essential. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and order processing. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. A passion for culinary arts and food preparation is highly valued. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
