As a FOH 'Mate' you'll be responsible for upholding the typical friendly 'Aussie' hospitality Australia has grown to be known for.

We currently maintain a 4.9/5 rating on Google at both our locations (Trafford Centre and Arndale), with the majority of reviews citing excellent customer service!

Duties



Greet and assist customers in a friendly, engaging and professional manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management as needed. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure a safe eating environment. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.

Qualifications



Previous experience in hospitality is preferred. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders. Strong understanding of food safety practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and helping others. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Pay: 15.13 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
