Wage: 10.00 - 12.21 (depending on age & experience) plus tips

Overview:

Noks Thai Street Food Bramhall are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced front of house team member, to join the team part time over weekends. We pride ourselves on delivering authentic Thai cuisine with warm, friendly service. We would love for you to be a part of this experience.

Your main responsibilities within this role will be outstanding customer service, taking customers orders in person and over the telephone, being a crucial member of the FoH team and many other daily tasks that will be expected.

Hours:

Fridays and Saturdays 5:00PM - 9:30PM (plus close down) Sundays 4:00PM - 9:00PM (responsible for both opening and closing) finishing around 10PM
Key responsibilities:

Prepare the restaurant and ensure it is ready for service Greet and seat customers warmly, providing attentive table service Take and process orders over the phone as well as in person Manage bookings, handle walk ins and respond to customer queries Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally Maintain a clean and tidy front of house area, including clearing and resetting tables Accurately process payments and complete cashing up at the end of shift Assist with closing duties and ensure the restaurant is ready for the next day Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Requirements:

12-24 months previous experience in a similar role Friendly, positive and customer focused attitude Ability to work efficiently under pressure Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable and punctual
