Job Description

We are looking for someone wanting to take there first steps into a supervisory/key holding position, whilst also being able to fill in normal FOH shifts as well.

Expected hours around 25-30 - but more hours or less hours could be discussed at interview.

This role will suit someone curious about progressing within hospitality without the immediate pressure of a full on supervisor position and all the responsibility that comes with it allowing you time to learn in a more relaxed environment.

Shifts will be a mix of team member shifts and keyholder shifts (key holder shifts when you are comfortable doing so). Any keyholding/supervisor shifts are paid at an enhanced rate of 12.45 per hour regardless of age.

The Colesbourne is in a stunning location in the countryside around Cheltenham and has a very strong local following as well as attracting visitors to the area, groups taking part in outdoor pursuits and is very busy for the Cheltenham Racing weeks.
