Job Description
We're looking for an experienced
Folding & Gluing Operator
to join our team within a busy, high-quality production environment. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, teamwork, and pride in your craft are key to success.Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain folding-gluing machinery to achieve top-quality production output Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and safety Work closely with your Team Leader and colleagues to meet daily production and quality targets Conduct in-process quality checks, identifying and reporting any issues promptly Maintain accurate job records and ensure a clean, organised working area
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience operating folding-gluing machines (Signature, Vega, Bobst, or similar) Strong mechanical aptitude with great attention to detail Team-oriented, reliable, and quality-driven approach to work A positive, proactive attitude with flexibility to support production needs
What's on Offer:
4-day working week (Monday to Thursday) - 6am to 3.30pm - 36 hours per week Salary of 25,790 per annum including benefits Competitive overtime rates - time and a half for the first 4 hours, double time thereafter 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
