Position: Folder Gluer Operator

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Hours: Monday to Friday, double day shifts 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm (rotating weekly)

Salary: DOE

They provide a range of full packaging solutions from luxury crafted boxed designed for beauty to eye catching containers for horticultural products.

Purpose of a Folder Gluer Operator:

A position is available for an experienced Gluing Machine Minder (folding/gluing machine operator) to work in the carton finishing department. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic with at least two years of experience in running Folding/Gluing machines. It is essential that you have good technical expertise in aspects of print finishing, together with good mechanical ability.

They are looking for someone who is keen to be a proactive member of the production team, with a high level of motivation to ensure time and quality targets are met and has a \'can-do\' attitude to solving problems and developing more efficient ways of working.

Required experience from a Folder Gluer Operator:

The candidate will need to show experience in setting up and running the following types of cartons:

• Same panel tuck in end box
• Reverse tuck in end box
• 4 corner glued trays
• 6 corner glued box
• Pillow packs
• Crash-lock bottom boxes
• Press lock bottom boxes
• Wallets
• Sleeves
• Double walled trays
