Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar & Restaurant Staff to join our team. As a key member of our establishment, you will provide exceptional service to our patrons while creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a desire to deliver an outstanding experience for every guest.

Duties

Meeting & greeting guests who arrive in the bar & restaurant. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic, non-alcoholic drinks and hot drinks. Seating guests in the restaurant, taking orders for drinks & food. Serving food to tables Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar & restaurant areas, ensuring all equipment is well-stocked and in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring all payments are processed correctly. Assist in setting up and dismantling the bar & restaurant areas for events or busy periods. Monitor customer behaviour to ensure compliance with licensing laws and promote responsible drinking. Working with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy shifts.

Qualifications

Previous experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues. A good understanding of drink preparation techniques and cocktail mixing is advantageous. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be at least 18 years of age due to licensing regulations. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential attributes. This role will require working evenings and weekends

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour
