We are now recruiting a
Food and Beverage Assistant
to join our team atDoubletree by Hilton York.
As a
Food and Beverage Assistant
you are responsible for being totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and welcoming approach to service.The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work weekends during the busy period.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
To have a good knowledge of the preparation and service of all dishes and products on the menus.
To ensure all guests are served in accordance with the service standards.
Take ownership of opportunities to WOW guests.
To ensure tables are set and cleared to the agreed standard.
To maintain a good knowledge of food allergens.
To have great attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness.
To be fully aware of and always adhere to health and safety standards.
To look presentable and well groomed at all times.
To have a 'Yes I Can' attitude and always work as a team.
