The successful candidate will join us at an exciting time following a period of extensive refurbishment to our hotels which are part of the University of Edinburgh Hospitality & Events collection. Based at our Hotels , the successful candidate will be responsible for helping us provide a warm and efficient experience for all guests. This is a front facing role. Successful candidates should be able to exceed customer expectations and ensure standards set by management are met, and being the front face of Accommodation, Catering and Events.
In this role you will:
Take and Input Guest Food and Drink orders
Continuously look to improve our standards and deliver world-class hospitality.
Become an integral part of our existing Food and Beverage team with a desire to succeed in delivering our values.

To succeed in this busy role you will need strong multi-tasking skills, a passion for providing high levels of customer service and a real eye for detail. You will have experience in a busy front-facing customer service environment; a restaurant background and experience in dealing with a wide variety of customers. in a professional manner.
