We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, adhering to service protocols. Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing away food and drink items efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Uphold food safety regulations throughout all aspects of food preparation and service. Bar experience is beneficial.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with catering services is an advantage. Experience as a barista or in food preparation roles will be beneficial. A strong understanding of food safety practices is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are crucial for success in this role.
