The Pem restaurant is named after Emily Wilding Davidson who was a prominent suffragette. Pem was her families' affectionate name for her and we're proud to dedicate The Pem to strong women leading from the front.


We're based in the heart of Westminster where so much of British history has unfolded, of which female figures have played an integral role. Today, we're pushing forward, championing the career progression of women in hospitality.




The Requirements


We are looking for people to work with us at the Pem that have the following attributes:
