Food and Beverage Assistant





The scope of the role is to create a warm welcome and create special memories through exceptional service of Food and Beverage which exceeds guests expectations everytime


Key things you will be responsible for:





Confident menu and service knowledge



Preparing for service - Mise en place



Cleanliness and presentation of your section



Setting tables with crockery, cutlery and glass wear



Liaison with the kitchen team and clear communication of special dietary requirements



Service of food and accompaniments



Clearing tables and resetting for next service



Requisitions and secure handling of stock
