Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our experienced hospitality team. Ratho Park is a private members club and as such we ensure a memorable experience in our establishment for not only our members but our visitors as well. The ideal candidates do not necessarily require hospitality experience as full training will be given. As we are now in Winter, the hours that the clubhouse is open are 0930-1700. the number of hours would be approximately 16-20. Out with those hours we also do some events such as quiz nights and celebratory events so support with those nights are greatly appreciated
.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing customer needs and inquiries promptly and courteously. Support bartending operations by preparing beverages and serving drinks to members and visitors as required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, and service stations. Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe dining environment for all guests. Participate in catering events as needed, providing excellent service and customer awareness.
Requirements
Communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional members and visitor experiences. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
