As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, from serving food and drinks to ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

- Present menus and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences.

- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.

- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns.

- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and service areas.

- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or functions.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and service flow.

- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.

- Handle cash and process payments accurately.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a food and beverage service role (preferred but not mandatory).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Knowledge of menu items, customer service best practices, and basic food safety principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
