We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. Duties

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including dining spaces, kitchens, and storage facilities. Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing away food and beverages as required. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance their experience.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or catering environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Familiarity with restaurant or bartending operations is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A proactive attitude towards helping colleagues and guests alike is essential.
