We are currently looking for a passionate Food and Beverage Assistant / Waiter to join the team here at Bankside Hotel - Voted one of the 'Best Places to Work Hospitality'. Sitting consistently in the top tier of all the hotels in London on Trip Advisor, Bankside Hotel is a social hub for anyone, guest or local, with a passion for culture, art and food. What you will be doing?

Greeting guests as they arrive at the restaurant, directing guests to tables and providing menus. Booking any reservations and keeping reservations slots up to date Arranging tables and assisting with the preparation of floor Taking orders and delivering food to guests and assist them during their meal Assisting Chefs by sourcing ingredients from the stock room or the kitchen Keep the bar and drinks stocked with beverages at all times Clearing down tables and chairs after the events as well as assist in closing the restaurant after a shift

Requirements

Previous experience at a high pace restaurant environment Avaliable full time, flexible to do morning, day and evening shifts Ability to provide guests with the up to date information and advice on food as well as beverage Knowledge of food and table preparation techniques Ability to demonstrate ownership and communicate effectively with team members Good level of English and communication skills. (Other languages are always desirable!)
