Job Description

The Strathaven Hotel is looking for professional and experienced Food and Beverage Assistants to join our team.

Our Food and Beverage Assistants should be passionate about working with the public and have a love for Food and Drink.

Serving guests and non-residents in our bar and restaurant

Serving during functions

General cleaning and housekeeping in bar, restaurant and lounge areas

Excellent customer service skills, customer care is paramount, we pride ourselves in friendliness in our family run business.

Previous experience is a must, in house training is provided

Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service industry
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Experience in bartending or barista roles is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the food and beverage setting
