We are now seeking a passionate and professional Food & Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team and help create unforgettable guest experiences across our stylish restaurants and bars.




What You'll DoDeliver outstanding customer care and warm, genuine service in every interaction. Maintain a high level of personal presentation, in line with our elegant standards. Welcome all guests professionally--and by name when known--to make them feel truly valued. Be fully knowledgeable about food and drink offerings, confidently guiding guests through the menu and upselling where appropriate. Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for timely service. Prepare and serve drinks as required, and assist with basic food prep when needed. Proactively anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.



About YouPrevious customer service experience in hospitality or retail. Fluent in spoken English; Spanish is a plus, but not essential. Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and committed to creating exceptional guest experiences. Must hold a valid right to work in the UK.
