OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -

Experience in a 4 or 5Food and Beverage environment Basic food and wine knowledge A genuine interest in the industry Flexibility to work long hours due to the needs of the business Excellent personal grooming standards 5 x GCSEs including English and Maths

Work on a variety of occasions from family celebrations to celebrity events Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to our highly-valued guests Provide first-class information on our food and drinks package Demonstrate calmness under pressure during peak times Ensure that our guests want to come back for more
