You will be responsible for providing professional, efficient, and friendly service to hotel guests and the general public. Your focus will be to ensure every customer interaction is welcoming, informed, and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Service Excellence

Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with hotel standards. Acquire and maintain knowledge of all menu items and products. Ensure all guests are treated with outstanding hospitality.

Cleanliness & Presentation

Set and clear tables to the company's high standards for bar and restaurant service. Maintain cleanliness of your working areas. Adhere to grooming and uniform standards consistently.

Team Support & Development

Attend all required training sessions. Offer suggestions to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.

Local Expertise

Share knowledge of Edinburgh with guests to enhance their visit, including recommendations on local attractions and experiences.
