Killeavy Castle Estate is seeking a Full and Part time Food and Beverage Assistant for this award winning hotel.

Experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. In your role of Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for being part of the food and beverage operation within the Hotel and reporting to the Bar and Restaurant Manager.

In your role of Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for operating the food and beverage operation function within the Hotel working with senior level management and the Deputy General Manager to ensure the constant delivery of the core mission and values of Killeavy Castle Estate. To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will enjoy the prospect of working in a fast-paced, busy working environment and, ideally, have experience in a busy 4property.

Role Objective;



Working as part of the food and beverage, the Food and Beverage will provide the highest level of service in a customer focused environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one years' experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. You will possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills and will enjoy building good working relationships

Key Duties include;



Operating effective restaurant and bar service with an emphasis on high quality, efficient service. Monitoring brand service standards, implementation, training of these and continuous evaluation Set-up of the various outlets in accordance with the pre-determined standards of the operation Compliance with licensing regulations and hotel procedures relating to the restaurant and service of alcoholic beverages Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all food served in the various outlets throughout the Estate and how various dishes are prepared and presented. Ensure compliance with all Company Health and Safety, and Fire Regulations and procedures. Present a cohesive image and adhere to the correct standards of appearance Ensure the highest standards of service are given at all times Maximise revenue and increase average spend per person through upselling and high customer service standards Other duties as requested by management.

Key Skills and Experience include;

One years' experience, preferably in the hospitality industry Self-motivated and have the ability to prioritise work. Ability to work on own initiative. Have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

8 hour shift Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
