Care Home Host/ Hostess - get paid to spoil our amazing residents!!!

This is a really exciting job role for anyone with previous hospitality experience but with the added bonus of job security at this uncertain time.

12.21 per hour.

Full or Part time hours available.

12 hour shift with 1 hour break.

Onsite parking.

We are looking for a professional, bright, bubbly and friendly person to join our hospitality team to help look after our residents. We want our residents to have the best care possible and to make sure they want for nothing. We therefore need a host/ hostess to make sure they are always made to feel welcome in the communal areas of the Home, offering refreshments where appropriate and always presenting a professional image.

The Host/ Hostess will need to ensure that the communal areas are clean, tidy, and well stocked at all times. We have recently commissioned a new Pub, Cafe and Cinema Room as well and we need someone to maintain the high standards and to take pride in the appearance of our Home.

The Host/ Hostess will also support our residents to maintain independence by pouring their own drinks, and helping themselves wherever possible.

To liaise with our Activites and Lifestyle Co - Ordinators regarding the schedule for the day and any planned refreshment needs.

To assist with functions as required.

To support the Lifestyle Team when required with planned activities relevant to job role.

Ensuring all feedback is sought and communicated effectively and efficiently to relevant Managers.

Contributing to menu generation based on feedback of the residents.
