The Place Hotel is an award winning four-star 47-room boutique townhouse Hotel with a purpose-built Conference & Event space with extensive outdoor terrace, banqueting facilities, wedding and receptions.

As part of our Front of House Team, you are eligible for

additional earnings through our service charge

for the services we offer to our customers.

You must be 18 years old or older to apply

, as this position involves sales of alcohol within the premises, and supervision cannot be guaranteed (mandatory licence training will be provided to you).

You will:

have a great approach with customers, upholding our high standards of service. work collaboratively with the departments within our team, with anti-discriminatory attitude, inclusion and respect. have a culture of safety, openness and honesty. be able to work effectively under pressure as it is expected in the hospitality industry. be conversant with technology and IT, being able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and straightforward UI of other digital platforms. have the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness, be tidy and organised. collaborate with others in your team to ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety standards are the highest within the Hotel.

Pay: 12.42 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
