Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service.
Ensure outstanding guest service and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality, service, and presentation.
Manage, train, and motivate F&B staff to uphold service excellence.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven track record of managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Knowledge of POS systems and hospitality software.
Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team development.
