We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our dining operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and service. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage a diverse team while maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring quality standards are met. Manage food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee consistency and excellence in dishes served. Supervise staff, providing training and guidance in culinary techniques, service standards, and hospitality practices. Develop menus that reflect current trends while considering customer preferences and dietary restrictions. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols. Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences within the hotel or restaurant setting.

Experience

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a restaurant or hotel environment. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques. Background in hospitality with an understanding of guest service excellence. Familiarity with food production processes and safety regulations is essential. Previous barista experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
