We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee 2 establishment's daily operations located on Folkestone Harbour Arm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, food preparation, and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage service, including ordering, inventory, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Train and supervise staff in food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness
- Oversee bartending operations
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality with strong leadership and management skills
- Proficiency in food handling, allergy knowledge and food safety practices
- Personal Licence holder
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
