We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services. This role is essential in ensuring high standards of food preparation, service, and overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring exceptional service at all times. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to ensure adequate supplies while minimising waste. Lead by example in all areas of service, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and excellence. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance guest experiences. Handle customer feedback effectively, addressing any concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and food production. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality. Previous experience as a barista or in kitchen operations is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and guests. A passion for delivering outstanding service within the hospitality sector.
