We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant and kitchen experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain consistency and excellence.
Manage team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimise profitability.
Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, incorporating current trends and customer preferences.
Handle guest enquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a memorable experience for all visitors.
Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping and front-of-house to deliver seamless service.
Implement staff training programmes focused on hospitality excellence, food safety, and operational procedures.
Requirements
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
Extensive restaurant experience with a solid understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production processes.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Leadership qualities combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
