Please note: our successful candidate must have experience in managing suppliers and staff in the running of weddings including set-up, ceremony, dinner and evening festivities.
Catering for a wide range of customers, from hosting large wedding parties, corporate events and celebrations of life in our Tudor Gallery to local residents having brunch, the family eating a lunch and our evening clientele dining in out restaurant and bar, you will need to be confident with a busy challenging environment.
You will be leading the FOH team and working with our head chef on menu innovations and service standards.
Managing and responding to customer feedback, and work with our marketing team on campaigns to grow our business.
You will have a natural flair with people and be organised.
The customer experience must be your highest priority and you will need to lead and motivate your team to achieve success and drive the business forward.
You will have financial responsibility for food and beverage sales, beverage GP and overhead costs including payroll.
You will be required to ensure high standards of presentation, staff training and development, people management, team work, innovation, marketing, organisation, health and safety, including food hygiene.
Main Purpose of Job
To ensure the smooth delivery of all Events and the food and beverage within the Restaurant and Bar. And the profitability of the department in conjunction with the senior management team
To take control and accountability for the day to day customer facing operations and experience.
To create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests
To coach and develop front of house team members
Work 5 days out of 7 including weekends and late finishes to suit the needs of the business
