Are you a guest focused leader with a passion for hospitality, a proven track record in F & B management, and the drive to increase sales? We are looking for an experienced F & B manager to our team in two of the cities most iconic venues.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our F & B Manager, you will take ownership of both venues day to day F & B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences whilst maximising sales and profitability. You will lead by example, inspire the front of house team to deliver top tier service and help shape a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, train and develop a high performing team with a strong service ethic.
Manage stock levels and ordering.
Create and implement strategies to drive sales, promotions and upselling.
Monitor and maintain excellent customer satisfaction and online reviews.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and compliance.
Collaborate with owners on marketing and event planning.
Driving innovation in food and drink offerings, staying ahead of trends.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Proven experience in a fast paced bar, restaurant or hospitality venue.
A true people person with a guest thirst mindset.
Strong commercial awareness and sales driven approach.
Confident at managing budgets, rotas and stock.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A passion for food, drink and delivering memorable experiences.
