The Role

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Server to join our team in a bustling hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service. The responsibilities will include:

Greeting and seating guests, taking and delivering orders Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and courteous manner Support with bartending duties as required Handle payments for guest bills Ensure compliance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the food and beverage areas Provide excellent customer service to guests, by answering customer queries and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience

Ideal Candidate

No experience? No problem! Full formal training and ongoing training will be provided A willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the food and beverage setting Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members The ability to speak Welsh with our customers is desirablefor this post A team player with a positive attitude
