Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas. Provide excellent guest services by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food products. Perform basic math calculations for order taking and inventory management.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour to provide outstanding guest services.
