Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Server to join our team. Our operating times are Tuesday to Saturdays 12.30pm till 6.30pm sonwould need to be available for these times The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, and maintaining a clean dining environment. Being capable in the kitchen to help would be helpful. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

- Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring timely delivery.

- Answer questions regarding menu items and provide recommendations.

- Monitor and attend to customers throughout their dining experience.

- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and presentation.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.

- Assist in general cleaning duties, including washing dishes, cleaning up spills, and resetting tables.

- Adhere to health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.

- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred but not essential.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items?
