Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter / Waitress / Bartender to join our vibrant team. you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your role will involve not only mixing drinks but also engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service and enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Upsell drinks and food items to maximise sales opportunities. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist with food preparation as required, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Experience

Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. A friendly demeanour with excellent guest service skills is essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
